I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which was a major plus. However, there were some issues with the dirty and dusty rooms, although they were a tad better than the previous experience. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with some staff being well behaved and helpful, while others were a little slow and forgetful. The location was very good, with access to major businesses and brands, but it was marred by being really dirty and smelly at times. The dining was a traditional and fresh experience, although the pricing didn't quite match the quality. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
